From the Associated Press:

"Don Imus has reached a settlement with CBS over his multimillion-dollar contract and is negotiating with WABC radio to resume his broadcasting career there, according to CBS and a person familiar with the negotiations."

I guess referring to a group of young ladies who are getting a college education "nappy headed ho's" is not enough to keep his racist ass off of the air. He will always have an audience that agrees wth his views, no matter what. And, I just read that one of the ballplayers is suing him and his former producer and the radio station for defamation of character and the humiliation she felt from the incident.
