Why is no one making a big deal about Tom Brady having an out of wedlock child?

Tom's ex, Bridget Moynahan, had a baby boy today. Congratulations to them! But I'm pretty confident if Tom had been Donavan McNabb and his ex was Vivica Fox and he left Vivica for Naomi Campbell, this woulda been all in the news and someone would be doing an article on ball players and their illegitimate kids. Just a thought...
