On August 30th, Chico DeBarge and a female companion were driving in L.A. when a cop observed them stop in a turning lane and change seats. He pulled them over and found drugs and cash in the Camry. Chico is being held on $30,000 bond. And El is still behind bars! Might need to get the fam together to do a "Get Our Brothers Out The Pokey" benefit to raise funds...
