Nick Hogan should have been under the jail months ago..

Apparently on one occassion, Nick was stopped twice and let loose by officers and the third time he was stopped, the officer said he knew that Nick had been let go twice and that he would have to write him a ticket. Nick is also quoted as stating that when he had his yellow Vipor out tooling around town, broads were droppin' the drawls left and right. This is the same car that was demolished earlier this week. No remorse for him with comments like this. He is a speed demon and I blame the Hulk and Linda also. Your 17 year old son is getting tickets left and right and you still allow him to drive the cars that you had to purchase? Celebrity spawn think they are above everyone else and its no wonder, when Nicole Richie spend all of 82 minutes in jail for some serious stuff. Hopefully Nick's friend survives...

Not these two again...

JD had the grand opening for his new spot on Lawrenceville Highway last night. Plenty of star power was in the house (Janet, Nelly, to name a few). Usher and his newly betrothed showed up. Just can't take these two seriously. Tameka had a baby bump and for someone who has been pregnant for about 6 months, she is not very big. Monica was there and she actually looks pregnant. AND, they are supposedly going to have a wedding celebration this weekend. OOOKKKKKK.....

The Debarge Family

Sources are reporting that El Debarge is sitting in a LA County jail as of this minute thanks to some domestic abuse charges from Sunday. Also, the new VIBE with Chris Brown on the front has a big article on the DeBarges. Used to love their group and Switch. Looking forward to reading the article.

A half-pound of “suspected illegal drugs” were found in the Arizona home owned by DMX in a recent police raid, where 12 “distressed” dogs and a cache of firearms were also found.

I don't know what kind of demons Earl is messing with but sounds like he needs to be hanging out in rehab also. I was done when he said he had been raped and the lady had a baby by him and his wife knew about it and he had his wife agreeing with him about the events.

Update on Hulk's son

He was released yesterday from the hospital. His passenger is still there. Apparently Nick has a bit of a speed issue. He has had his license for a year and this is the FOURTH incident for him where he was driving too damn fast for his own good.

C'mon, Oprahs, don't mess up the bride's day..unless...

Oprah ain't playing any games when it comes to supporting Barack Obama. Next month she will hold a star-studded fundraiser at her $64 million estate near Santa Barbara, California. The talk show queen would like her out of town guest to stay at the nearby San Ysidro Ranch but the it is already booked for the weekend.

"Due to the proximity to and the cachet of the ranch to Oprah's estate, Oprah's people have been calling the bride to either move or vacate some of the rooms to accommodate her guest list," our source snitched. "The bride, an attorney, is not budging.

San Ysidro Ranch Manager Marco Perry denied that Winfrey's people had talked to the bride but said, "The wedding party did cancel a few rooms - but we didn't chargethem a cancellation fee because there was such a demand for the rooms that weekend."Winfrey's representative at her productions, Harpo Inc., insisted that no calls to the bride were made.

In any event, the fund-raiser for Obama will have some strict rules. No cameras will be allowed in, and there will be heavy security to make sure it's enforced. Nor will guests be able to enter Oprah's house. Instead, they'll be dining alfresco on blankets under tents. And to avoid a mass crush of limos, they must park at a "greeting center" eight miles away and take a shuttle bus to Winfrey's estate.

Denver Broncos running back Travis Henry has been ordered by the DeKalb Superior Court to provide $3,000 per month for a boy he fathered three years ago in Lithonia, Georgia. According to the court records, Henry has fathered nine children by nine women in at least four Southern states and has been ordered by several judges to provide child support for at least seven of them.

He didn't have any problem dishing out more than $146,000 for jewelry and $100,000 on a ride.The Denver Post reports that Travis did not hide from the fact that he is the father of so many children, and said: "People can judge me all they want, but only God can judge me.

Owen Wilson’s emergency hospitalization on Sunday was the result of a suicide attempt, The National Enquirer and Star magazine are reporting.
Sources tell the mags that Wilson sliced his left wrists and took an indeterminate amount of pills. Owen was discovered by a family member who summoned help. Police and an ambulance responded to a 911 call from Wilson’s house in Los Angeles around noon on Sunday. Owen is said to be in stable condition at the moment.

The Hulk's son in serious car accident

Per the Associated Press..

The son of professional wrestler Hulk Hogan was seriously injured in a car crash Sunday night, police said.

A Toyota Supra driven by Nick Bollea was traveling at a high rate of speed at approximately 7:30 p.m., Clearwater Police spokesman Wayne Shelor said. Bollea, which is Hogan's real name, lost control and hit a raised median. The car flipped around, and the back end hit a palm tree.
"The car was destroyed," Shelor said.

Bollea and an unidentified male passenger were extricated from the car by paramedics, Shelor said. Then they were airlifted to Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg. Their official conditions were not immediately available, but Shelor described the injuries of both men as serious.
The crash occurred on State Route 60, a main drag through downtown Clearwater. The road had to be shut down in both directions for several hours, Shelor said.

Alcohol is not believed to have played a part in the crash. The crash seems to have been caused by excessive speed, Shelor said.

Wow, you just never know when something like this will happen. Prayers to them.

John Singleton involved in fatal car accident

LAPD say Singleton was driving his 2001 Lexus SUV around 8:00 p.m. on a Los Angeles street when a female pedestrian, not in a crosswalk, suddenly stepped out in front of Singleton’s car. Police say Singleton immediately stopped and waited for police and ambulances to arrive. The 57-year-old woman, identified as Constance Russell of Los Angeles, was taken to a nearby hospital where she unfortunately died Friday morning.

Police say Singleton was not speeding at the time and was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Cops say their investigation has concluded and they’ve determined that this is a “very, very unfortunate accident.” Singleton will not be cited for any violation.

C'mon Earl, you know you can do better than that...

Sheriff's deputies raided the home of rapper DMX on Friday, seizing several pit bulls and finding the remains of three other dogs but making no arrests.

The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office received a tip more than a week ago about dogs being kept in inhumane conditions at the Phoenix-area home, said Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

Deputies found the buried dogs when they dug up the back yard. One had apparently been burned and the cause of death on the others was unknown because the bodies were decomposing.

Deputies also found a variety of firearms, Arpaio said. Authorities sought additional warrants so they could check the guns to determine if they were legal.

Apparently DMX was "extremely upset" when he found out about this; there was suppose to be a caregiver there. Sir, have you NOT been keeping up with a little known celebrity named MIKE VICK over the past four months? Do you really want to be caught with dead dogs and weapons at your house? Not a good look..

Vick suspended from the NFL

Commissioner Roger Goodell suspended the Atlanta Falcons quarterback indefinitely without pay, just hours after Vick filed a plea agreement that portrayed him as less involved than three co-defendants and guilty mainly of poor judgment for associating with them.

Vick acknowledged bankrolling gambling on the dogfights, but denied placing bets himself or taking any of the winnings. He admitted that dogs not worthy of the pit were killed "as a result of the collective efforts" of himself and two co-defendants.

Michael Vick's father said he pushed his son to quit dogfighting years ago or, at least, put property used for the fights in the name of friends to avoid being implicated some day.

Michael Boddie, in two sometimes tearful interviews with The Atlanta Journal-Constitution this week, said some time around 2001 his son staged dogfights in the garage of the family's home in Newport News, Va. Boddie also said Vick kept fighting dogs in the family's backyard, including injured ones — "bit up, chewed up, exhausted" — that the father nursed back to health.

Boddie, who is estranged from his son, dismissed the idea that Vick's longtime friends were the main instigators of the dogfighting operation.

"I wish people would stop sugarcoating it," Boddie said. "This is Mike's thing. And he knows it."
He "likes it, and he has the capital to have a set up like that."

Daniel Meachum, an attorney for Vick, said his client never mentioned situations described by Boddie, nor discussed Boddie in relation to dog activities. "It's a disgrace Mr. Boddie, who chose for nearly 22 years not to be part of Mike's life, would at this time seek to capitalize on his son's current situation."

Vick's mother, Brenda Vick Boddie, who hasn't lived with her husband for the past five years, did not return calls seeking comment.

Boddie said he and the Atlanta Falcons quarterback have had a volatile relationship for years and that his son has refused to speak with him directly for the last 2 1/2 half months. Boddie said he is speaking out because he's been hurt by his son and wife's failure over the years to correct what he considers inaccurate media reports that Vick grew up without his father present.

"I've been drug through the mud," Boddie said.

He said he intends to write a damaging book about more of what he knows.
Boddie, 45, lives in a Duluth apartment that his son has paid the rent on for the last three years. Vick, who has a $130 million contract with the Falcons, also gives him a couple of hundred dollars every week or two, the father said.

Boddie wanted more. Two years ago, he said, he asked Vick for $1 million, spread out over 12 years, enough to keep him comfortable for the rest of his life. Vick declined, the father said. In recent weeks, Boddie asked Vick, through an assistant, for $700,000 to live on.

Boddie said he hasn't been contacted by federal investigators pursuing dogfighting accusations against Vick. A federal grand jury indicted Vick with one count of conspiracy to cross state lines to engage in illegal gambling; to sponsor a dog in an animal fighting venture; and to buy, transport and receive dogs for animal fighting.

The indictment does not mention the parents' former home in Newport News, where Boddie said he cared for Vick's pit bulls and where he said three dogfighting session were held, roughly around the time that Vick was transitioning from college football to the pros.

Earlier this week, Vick agreed to plead guilty Monday in the federal dogfighting case in Richmond. He faces prison and the possible end of his football career. Three co-defendants already pleaded guilty and were expected to testify against Vick if the case went to trial. In addition, a Virginia prosecutor is considering bringing state charges against Vick.

Anger and anguish
Boddie lives in an apartment, just a few miles from where his son lives in the upscale, gated Sugarloaf neighborhood. Posters of the football star are thumb-tacked to the walls of a guest bedroom. A picture of Vick's two young children is framed on a wall near the kitchen. Hung on a wall beside the kitchen sink is a long list entitled "Quick Drink Recipes."

In language blanketed with profanity, a sometimes sitting, sometimes pacing Boddie recounted what he said was some, but not all, of what he knows about his son. At times while discussing his wife and children, Boddie appeared to alternate between anger and anguish. His cellphone rang several times. At one point he answered, paused, unleashed an expletive-laced torrent of words and marched out of the apartment with the phone to his ear. He later said the caller was an assistant of Michael Vick's who asked what he planned to disclose to a reporter and urged him to keep quiet.

"I know some things," Boddie said. "That's why they're going crazy."

He said he's not perfect. He said he hasn't worked since 2003, went through drug rehab in 2004 paid for by his son, was sometimes high or drunk around his children when they were young, has gotten in trouble for drinking and driving and had his driver's license revoked.
"There are some things I wish I could go back and change," he said.

But Boddie said he gave Vick something that most kids didn't have in the Newport News housing projects where both grew up: "I never left his side. Never left his mother's side. And where we come from, this day and time, that's a hell of a thing."

He and Vick's mother weren't married when Michael Vick was born. But they married later and Boddie said he lived with the family from the time Vick was 3 years old until after his eldest son went to Virginia Tech to play football. He said he was usually working during Vick's youth, often on jobs sandblasting and repainting ships.

He said he is frustrated about continued suggestions that Vick was raised without a father. He said his son and wife should have set the record straight.

But in a 2001 AJC article about their son, his wife was quoted as saying that Boddie's presence in Vick's childhood "means a lot to me."

"He was always there, providing, taking care of what needed to be taken care of. Through everything, we stayed together as a family. I have a lot of respect for him for that."
But in other press reports, both Michael Vick and his mother suggested that Boddie was an emotionally distant father. He "never paid that much attention to me," Vick said, according to a Sports Illustrated story in 2000.

Boddie said that, over the last year, his son has been disrespecting him, "talking to me like I'm one of his . . . dogs."

Boddie said he's tried to look out for his son. Around 2002, while at Vick's rural property near Smithfield, Va., he warned his son.

"I told him basically, 'You don't need to be doing this. You got bigger fish to fry. You got more important things that you can do.' "

Boddie recalled telling his son to transfer the property to the name of one of his friends: " 'Take this place right now, put it in one of their names because if anything goes wrong . . . it's you they coming after.' "

Boddie said he doesn't recall his son's reply.

Boddie also said dogfighting occurred at the family's Newport News home on Terrace Drive. The family was in the house for about a year or more as Vick moved from playing college football at Virginia Tech to the pros.

Boddie said he cleaned out the home's garage three times in 2001 to make room for dogfighting sessions held by Vick and his friends.

"I hung around long enough to actually walk in there when an actual dogfight was going on," Boddie said, but he added that he didn't stay long.

"It wasn't my thing," he said.

He said he had already witnessed test fights of dogs — in which dogs battle to see how well a prospective fighter will perform.

"It's really something to stand there and watch. You have to have the stomach for it," he said.
Boddie said Michael Vick kept pit bulls in eight cages in the backyard of the Terrace Drive home.
However, a neighbor, Willie-Mae Hansell, said she only saw one dog at the house, and never heard anything unusual there.

"I fed the dogs," Boddie said. "I've nursed them back to health, dogs that have been in fights. Raised litters of puppies."

The injured dogs could barely muster up enough strength to eat at first, he said.
Boddie contends that Vick's mother was aware of the dogfighting and said he heard her tell her son to stop it.

Boddie said of his son: "I think he basically told her, 'OK, Mama. OK, I'll stop.' "

Boddie said he wasn't aware of any dogfighting in the Newport News projects when Vick grew up there. The closest he recalled was kids being fascinated as dogs chased stray cats in a nearby lumber yard.

He said that, despite his earlier warnings to his son, he never expected Vick would someday face the dogfighting troubles he is in now. "I thought he would have gotten out of it by then, gotten it out of his system."

Paris Hilton is sentenced to jail and you have her parents calling everyone, including the governator himself, Ah-nold, to try and get her out of her sentence. She served a whopping three weeks after she was snatched back up only because there was such an outrage and somebody got mad that she was released. I guess your grandaddy making a campaign contribution to the local police department doesn't buy as much leeway as it used to. Just read that Nicole Richie's ass has already checked into jail and checked out TODAY. She went in at 3:15 and got out at 4:37 TODAY. Supposedly this is standard procedure for people sentenced to less than 30 days. She was sentenced to a whopping 4 days. Lindsey Lohan reached a plea deal TODAY where she will have to spend a day in jail, 10 days of community service and a drug treatment program. She has been charged with drunk driving twice and cocaine was found in the car the second time. How are you issued SEVEN tickets for various crimes and you get sentenced to a day in jail? Mind you this is all in California. Don't know if the laws are different but the island of New York damn sure threw Foxy Brown in the penile yesterday and is making her stay there until her trial date in early September.

Viv's Not so Happy Birthday

Vivica A. Fox 's glam New York birthday party Tuesday night turned into a thornymess of allegations yesterday, with her own stylist claiming she was drinking alcohol in violation of a court order.

Guests including Shaquille O'Neal, Brooke Hogan and Swizz Beatz were enjoying the festivities at Sol nightclub for her belated 43rd.

But the first bump in the evening came when a promised Rolls-Royce Phantom failed to appear at Mr. Chow to take Fox to the party. Her dinner companion, Star Jones, dropped her off instead.

Then there was a red carpet kerfuffle when Bronx rapper Remy Ma arrived
uninvited.

"Remy and her management were asked not to attend by the club in advance, due to her pending court case for attempted murder," says an organizer. But like any good diva, the songbird strutted her curves in a tight dress on the red carpet until "she was turned away at the door by a wall of security."

The next day, a check for Fox's $2,500 appearance fee was rejected by her bank because it was drawn on a closed account. (source)

"The show was crazy last night. From the surprise guests to the performances. The best part of da show was when 50 brought da entire G-Unit to perform ‘I Get Money.’ Yung Joc brought out Diddy to perform with him. Then the most amazing thing happened T.I. brought out the 1 and only Hov and he performed ‘Encore.’ Then Kanye came out and performed ‘Cant tell me nothing!’ It was amazing to have T.I., Hov, Kanye, 50, Diddy, and the one man band man Swizzy. T.I is a great performer."

All of them on one stage. That took some arranging and I bet it was slammin'!

Last fall in Jena, Louisiana, the day after two Black high school students sat beneath the “white tree” on their campus, nooses were hung from the tree. When the superintendent dismissed the nooses as a “prank,” more Black students sat under the tree in protest. The District Attorney then came to the school accompanied by the town’s police and demanded that the students end their protest, telling them, “I can be your best friend or your worst enemy… I can take away your lives with a stroke of my pen.”

A series of white-on-black incidents of violence followed, and the DA did nothing. But when a white student was beaten up in a schoolyard fight, the DA responded by charging six black students with attempted murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

It’s a story that reads like one from the Jim Crow era, when judges, lawyers and all-white juries used the justice system to keep blacks in “their place.” But it’s happening today. The families of these young men are fighting back, but the story has gotten minimal press. Together, we can make sure their story is told and that the Governor of Louisiana intervenes and provides justice for the Jena 6.

NBA player dies in car crash

NBA player Eddie Griffin died last week when his sport utility vehicle collided with a freight train in a fiery crash in Texas, the Harris County medical examiner’s office said Tuesday.

Investigators used dental records to identify Griffin, 25, who began his tumultuous pro career with the Houston Rockets in 2001. He was waived by the Minnesota Timberwolves in March.

NEW YORK - Foxy Brown was hauled off to jail Wednesday after a judge revoked her probation.

The 27-year-old rapper was accused of violating the terms of her release after she was arrested earlier this month on charges she smacked her neighbor with her cell phone. Authorities said Brown also skipped her anger management classes and traveled out of the city without permission.

"She has an air of entitlement about her," city Department of Probation lawyer Matilde Leo said at a hearing in Manhattan Criminal Court. "Probation is a privilege, not a right. ... She has finally abused that privilege to the point of no return."

Judge Melissa Jackson ordered Brown jailed until her next hearing on Sept. 7.

Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, was on probation for attacking two manicurists at a nail salon in 2004. She was arrested Aug. 14 on charges of assaulting Arlene Raymond, 25, on July 30 after the pair got into a fight over Brown blasting her car stereo near her home in Brooklyn.

Brown's lawyer, state Sen. John Sampson, argued that it wasn't necessary to send her back to jail.

He told the judge the case against Brown in Brooklyn was weak, and that Brown is three months' pregnant. He said Brown has turned her life around with her pregnancy, wedding plans and deals for a new album and reality television show.

She and her lawyer know they wrong for thinking that it's OK for her to keep doing dirt and nothing is suppose to happen to her. He states she has turned her life around since she is pregnant, about to get married and has all of these deals on the table. If that was the case, she would not have been smacking her neighbor with a Blackberry a month ago and riding dirty in them streets. What an idiot..

Anybody that watches Dog The Bounty Hunter and anyone with common sense would know that you DON'T TAKE DRUGS INTO JAIL. Now reports say that she may just get charges with two counts of misdemeanor DUI and if found guilty would serve no more than 4 days. Her lawyers have been having quite a few convos with the prosecutors and that could mean plea bargain. This does not surprise me one bit. I guess her and Foxy Brown have been getting the same jodge and prosecutor that keeps them out of jail.

Come to find out, the registration on the car was suspended and she gave the cops a variation of her real name and a birthdate that was a year off. After nothing turned up, the cops said she finally gave her real name. They learned her license was suspended and she was taken to the police station and issued SEVEN tickets and released. She is on probation from the 2004 assault at the beauty salon. WHY IS SHE NOT IN SOMEBODY'S JAIL? She been arrested or stopped more times than I got fingers and I find it incredible that she has managed to stay out of jail. But she has managed to stay in the spotlight and ain't got na'm record out...

It did not hit me until Sunday night as I watched Tyler Perry's "Diary of a Mad Black Woman". I was looking at Steve Harris, who played Kimberly Elise's husband and was on "The Practice". And I thought, he looks like somebody, just could not remember who. Then I looked him up on imdb.com. His brother is Wood Harris, from "The Wire" and "Remember The Titans". Duh, same last name and they look exactly alike, Wood is just a taller, skinnier version. Don't know why it never hit me that these two talented gentlemen are brothers.

"After consulting with his family over the weekend, Michael Vick asked that I announce today that he has reached an agreement with federal prosecutors regarding the charges pending against him," lead defense attorney Billy Martin said in a statement. Latest on Remy Ma..

On Monday (Aug 14), she made her way into Manhattan Criminal Court to find out if she’d be indicted by a grand jury on the charges. Word is that no grand jury has heard her case yet, which means she is still free on $250,000 bail until her next court date, which is reportedly on November 29th.

According to the NY Daily News, Makeda Barnes-Joseph, the person shot, is recovering at home but is still in pain and unable to go back to work.

Somebody told Remy "Don't come up in court with that blond bang foolishness". Her hair was jet black and she was conservatively dressed, which they probably had to force her into. These folks will learn that they can't go around shooting people and get away with it.

Two of the co-defendants showed up this morning before 9:00 am and pled guilty to charges. Just heard on the radio that one of the guys was released and one was taken into custody because he FAILED HIS DRUG TEST. Sir, you are going up into a courtroom. Could you not have waited until you left to do your drugs? What an idiot...

Ex-DeKalb sheriff confesses to killing Derwin Brown

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Published on: 08/16/07

Former DeKalb County Sheriff Sidney Dorsey has confessed to ordering the murder of Sheriff-elect Derwin Brown, DeKalb District Attorney Gwen Keyes Fleming announced Thursday.
In a prison interview with Keyes Fleming and other officials on July 13, Dorsey claimed he later changed his mind about the "hit" he had ordered, the district attorney said, but Brown was killed anyway.

In August 2000, Derwin Brown celebrated winning the sheriff's race in the DeKalb Democratic primary runoff. In December of that year, he was gunned down in his driveway. Dorsey was convicted in 2002 of masterminding the assassination and is serving a life prison term. Dorsey claimed he tried to recall his instructions to one of his sheriff's deputies, Patrick Cuffy, to kill Brown, who had defeated Dorsey in a bitter election campaign in August 2000. But Brown was shot to death in his driveway on Dec. 15, 2000, three days before he was to replace Dorsey.
Afterward, Dorsey said, he asked Cuffy "Was that you?" He said Cuffy replied, "No, it was M.D.," referring to Melvin D. Walker, the man later convicted as the triggerman.

Brown's daughter, Brandy Brown-Rhodes, who attended Thursday's news conference, called Dorsey's confession "a joke." "The confession was more entertainment to me. It was a joke," she said. "We think there's more to the story. I don't think it's the complete truth. It doesn't add up."

She said she believes Dorsey still is covering up corruption that Brown had uncovered and planned to rectify as sheriff.

Dorsey told Keyes Fleming he didn't tell authorities about the murder plot at the time because he believed Cuffy would be arrested soon. The district attorney declined to speculate on whether Dorsey's fate would have been different had he come forward then, but she said he should have been "accountable" for Brown's death even if his story of a change of heart is true.
Brown, a 46-year-old career law enforcement officer, had accused Dorsey of running a corrupt sheriff's office in a campaign that ended with Brown's victory in a primary election runoff.
Prosecutors said Dorsey ordered the murder of his political foe and promised jobs and promotions as payoffs. Dorsey wanted Brown, who vowed to clean up corruption, killed before Brown could take office Jan. 1, 2001.

Walker and David Ramsey also received life sentences after being convicted of federal charges in 2005. That came after a DeKalb County jury acquitted the two in 2002.

Jurors in the earlier trial said they didn't trust the prosecutor's two star witnesses, Cuffy and getaway driver Paul Skyers, who were given immunity by prosecutors.

Dorsey confirmed a story Cuffy told at Dorsey's trial that Dorsey at one point gave him a note meaning Brown should be killed, Keyes Fleming said Thursday. She said Dorsey explained that at the time he was enraged over the election loss and was facing troubles in his marriage and a sexual harassment lawsuit.

Some months later, he claimed, he calmed down and called Cuffy to say, "I was out of my mind. I want to move on with my life. Forget that."

Brown's widow, Phyllis Brown, died Dec. 24, 2006. She suffered a stroke in 2003 and struggled to speak on the witness stand in the federal trial in 2005.

Keyes Fleming said Dorsey requested the prison meeting and told her that he wanted to tell his story and to ask whether his actions made him a murderer.

The district attorney said she told Dorsey that question had been answered by his jury.
"Sidney Dorsey's statement validates his conviction as an assasin and is an example of how the evil we speak can destroy lives," Keyes Fleming said Thursday. "Our office will make every effort to ensure he will spend the rest of his life behind bars."

I always thought that this was one of the most horrible things to ever happen to a family. Your father is killed for trying to do right and your mom dies from stroke complications and a broken heart. It was truly sad how this family has been screwed by everyone because no one wants accountability and no one thinks they owe this family anything. Sidney Dorsey and his partners in crime should be made to suffer the same way this family has suffered. As you can tell, I have very strong feelings about this case.

Will R. Kelly PLEASE drop this trapped in the closet thing? The pictures from the "premiere" he had for the latest chapters (13-22) looked like any old event and I think he might have been the only 'celebrity' there, haven't seen pics of any other folk of note but will continue to look.

Foxy Brown in trouble again

Reports are surfacing that Fox Boogie has been arrested for hitting her neighbor in the head with a Blackberry. She turned herself in yesterday and was charged with felony assault, harrassment, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon. She was arraigned and released on $5,000 bond. Apparently she hit her 25 year old neighbor last month during an argument. The lady nearly lost some teeth and her lip and eye swelled.

For all the trouble this chick has been in the past year, she needs to be in somebody's jail. She needs to stop thinking she is relevant and doing these stupid stunts to stay in the spotlight. Or, did you really think you could hit somebody with an object and nothing would happen. I woulda got my cousin and dem and gave her the beatdown she so richly deserves.

Latest on Vick

The local media is reporting that Vick may sign a plea deal as early as today and that he would get a year in jail. His attorneys are supposedly working out the arrangements for him to serve less time and if less time is offered, they are going to recommend that he take the plea.

If all of this is true, then he is truly one of the most ignorant individuals of all time. You have millions in the bank. You are adored by thousands. Everybody knows Mike Vick. You have endorsements out the ying yang. And you risk it all for the "excitement"of dog fighting and for money that does not compare to what you already have. And on top of everything else, I see ya boys were down when you were taking care of the bills but now that they are looking at time in the penile system, they are looking out for self and droppin' info like it's hot. I went into a couple of stores today. One store had Halloween merchandise out. That irritated me a little bit. Then I go into another store and they had a full Christmas display. C'mon, man, it's still August. Next year merchandise will probably hit the shelves when the kids get out of school.

5) Has a large posterier that she is very proud of. I've seen the pics of her pre-plastic surgery and either that rumor is true that the brothers will do a body good or that chick has implants or wears those panties with the cushion built in.
6) Ryan Seacrest's production company is doing a reality show on her and her 9 siblings (has many sisters and brothers thru birth and marriage. Brody Jenner, another D-lister who has made a career of being a party guy, is the son of Bruce Jenner, Olympic medalist. Bruce was married to Kim's mom and that makes them step brother and sister.

Did you watch the roasting on Comedy Central for ya boy Flav?

It was hilarious. I was crying at the first comedian and the rest were pretty good. Even Ice T and Snoop were good; I'm sure they had joke writers. Of course, the Flavor of Love broads were there in full force. One of the comedians made a comment about them early on and they did the whole stand up screaming "f*** y**" thing and shooting the middle finger. As the night continued, more comedians started talking about them and I think somebody at the table said "uh oh, we better shut the hell up before they keep talking about us." Flav looked like he enjoyed himself although he still just looks like a crunchy little man.

Mel B vs. Eddie - It's On!

I guess ol' girl has been running her mouth just a little too much for Mr. Murphy. His attorney has sent a note telling her to shut her hole and stop saying stuff about Eddie. LA people must have a totally different mindset from the rest of the world..she was dating Eddie up until months ago, had his baby, has hooked up with someone else that she MARRIED last month and the new groom likes to use the last name Belafonte so we think he's Harry's child AND he's been arrested on more than one occassion. Just too much...

Have you heard this story? This guy and his wife were having problems and in the middle of getting a divorce. The wife saw a thank you note that they sent to the house. I'm sure she thought to herself, "Gee, I don't remember getting flowers". So she called the company and had them send her a copy of who the flowers went to. Lo and behold, the flowers went to the mistress with a note that he loved her. Needless to say, wife was not happy. I find it very surprising that 800-FLOWERS gave her info; somebody hacked into my checkcard info and tried to order $152.89 cents worth of flowers on my checking account last month. They would not tell me anything. Must have been a new person that the wife dealt with. Although I don't agree with the whole adultery thing, I gueeessssss I can understand why he is suing since records are suppose to be private. Bet he'll buy a bouquet from Kroger next time...

Ray J and Lil' Kim dating...

I don't have the words. Although I liked the song they had out a few years ago ("Wait A Minute"), I've never been a fan of his. He strikes me as the "let me ride my sister's coat-tails to stay in the spotlight" kind of brother. And the thing that really put me off on him was some awards show that Brandy was appearing on and he presented an award with her. How does the slogan go - "If you have to advertise, then you ain't sellin'?" Well, this clown had on every piece of diamondney jewelry he had - diamond earrings, pinky ring, bracelet on one wrist, watch on the other, necklace with medallion - the standard for someone who has spent ALL of their money on diamonds and want you to see them. But, he also had a diamond band around his fingers. I looked at my husband and said "why does that boy have a diamond band around his fingers?" Like he has one piece of jewelry left in his collection and thought "OK...where do I put this so that I wear everything?" Now that he's supposedly dating Lil Kim, that will keep him in the spotlight a little longer...

Chris Rock...You are NOT the father!

TMZ is reporting that the DNA tests came back on the child that a shady woman from his past claimed was Chris's. The test have proved that he is not the father. Chris and wife Malaak issued a statement stating that they would like the woman to take any money she has received from the tabloids and donate it charity for the benefit of disadvantaged boys and girls and they expressed their "deepest prayers" for the kid in question since they know he has been embarrased by his mama's actions. In other words, lady, kick rocks and find somebody new to harass, I am off of the hook...

Alejandra Jackson, who was married to Jermaine, is claiming that she is not getting anything from him in spousal or child support. As a result, she claims she can't pay for gas, has to bum rides and has an expired registration. She also throws in a dig by claiming that the "sleeping arrangements" Jermaine and his girlfriend have with their kids is "unhealthy" - translation - the kids are sleeping in the same bed as Jermaine and the girlfriend. And to add to the creepiness factor, this Alejandra chick was previously married to Randy Jackson, brother of Jermaine. YUCK.

Heaven forbid this broad is forced to do like the rest of us and actually have to get a job to pay her bills. Gimme a break...

Kimberly Stewart (the chick who was on E! that fell off of the motorcycle as cameras rolled and used to hang with Paris Hilton) and Sean Stewart (he was in.....he used to sing with.....well, he did a.....nevermind) whose claim to fame is being on that goofy show about Hollywood sons and has been arrested twice in recent months for beating someone up. I guess I would put them in the same category as Kim Kardashian...not really sure why they are famous but they are...

More than five years after he was first charged, a date has has been set in R. Kelly’s child pornography case. Kelly has pleaded not-guilty to 14 counts of child pornography. Fourteen! He was charged in 2002 and is accused of engaging in videotaped sex acts with an underage girl. A Chicago judge has set a September 17th trial date.

Scary Spice went to court Wednesday to try to scare some child support from Eddie Murphy. The 32-year-old singer, whose real name is Melanie Brown, filed a petition in Superior Court that seeks to legally establish Murphy as the father of her 4-month-old daughter, Angel Iris Murphy Brown. Brown will also seek sole custody and reasonable child support, attorney Gloria Allred said at a press conference.

Uh oh, she got Gloria. He might as well drive a Brinks truck up to the door...
